ALEX BOLANO van HESSEN strives to provide his clients with trustworthy, creative, and highly reliable event planning for any event type. I’ve collaborated with a wide range of artists, promoters, festivals, and international brands, always providing all-inclusive production services such as full support in event management, supervision, and production.

Additionally, I’m dedicated to developing settings where different professions work together to produce performances that showcase the artist and immerse the audience in the world that the production envisions in the field of stage design and show concepts.

I have also worked consistently in artist production, booking, and management for more than 25 years, giving me an in-depth understanding of every facet of the entertainment business.

As an artist promoter, I am in charge of organizing, promoting, and nurturing up-and-coming artists. My responsibilities include contacting venues, scheduling performances, venue set-up, managing influencer relationships and partnerships, hiring photographers and videographers, booking opening bands, background musicians, and other performers, and producing posters, flyers, and advertisements to promote the event.

As a Tour Manager, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to travel the world with performers and crew members on month-long tours. My responsibility was making sure everything ran smoothly, including coordinating travel, contacting venues, processing money, establishing media interactions, and researching local resources at each tour location.
